Can I update my order after it's been placed?


Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalizing your order. If you would like to cancel your order after its been placed, please email customercare@veradabeaty.com within one hour of placement. We will do our best to accommodate your request.




Are VERADA BEAUTY products cruelty-free?


VERADA BEAUTY does not test our products or ingredients on animals. Our products are 100% curelty free.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?


Please allow for an additional 24 hours processing time before your item ships. After your order is processed, we ship via the following methods:
FedEx Priority Mail - Delievery time 2-3 days.
Priority Mail is shipped within 2 days to the recipient. Most VERADA orders are processed within 1 business days. On an average orders are processed as soon as you place an order. Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days only. Orders placed on non-business days (holidays or weekends) will be processed on the following business day. All orders placed before 4pm are processed on the same day. Usually all VERADA BEAUTY orders are delievered within 2 days from the order date. However, public holidays and other major holidays may affect the delievery time.




Will there be additional taxes applied?


All product prices are inclusive of taxes and no additional taxes will be added to any order at checkout. The prices will reflect as is at checkout.
